This group explains concepts and psychological theories like Adler's Individual Psychology, the impact of early life trauma, attachment styles, learned defense mechanisms, worldview construction, and more.

Understanding Trauma Group:
- This is a psychoeducation group designed to give participants an understanding of the different impacts trauma can have on individuals and provide information on modern approaches to trauma treatment. This group covers topics including: the criteria and diagnosis of trauma induced disorders, physiological impacts of trauma, trauma at different life stages, Trauma and the brain, treatment options, and more.

Philosophy of life Group:
- This is a group that combines psychoeducation and structured participation meant to help provide participants with information about existing philosophical theories and aid them in constructing their own worldview or philosophy of life. This group was started to address the need for a clearly defined belief system or system of meaning making separate from religious entities. This group covers philosophical genera's of Stoicism, Buddhism, Existentialism, Taoism, and others, while also exploring open-ended existential questions for the purpose of analyzing existing beliefs about the world and redefining one's perspective on life.
